What our electricians say about getting it right
Reviewing a repaired dimmer complaint (January 2025)
A customer reported visible flicker from a newly installed dimmer. Our technician found the dimmer control and the lamp ratings did not match, and fitted compatible components to resolve it.
Following up on a resolved outlet fault (August 2026)
An outlet had stopped working only under one specific appliance load. Testing found a worn contact inside the device, and the receptacle was replaced.
Confirming the limits of a lighting visit (March 2025)
Several switches seemed to control the same fixture unpredictably. Our technician found the travelers were incorrectly terminated, and the switching connections were corrected.
